When you contact us

When you choose “Send my enquiry”, your name, email address, website, selected priority, service and optional message are sent to Team App Dev’s contact service at forms.app-dev.lk. The service emails your enquiry to hello@app-dev.lk using Amazon Simple Email Service. Your email address is included as the reply-to address so we can respond directly. The thank-you page opens after the contact service confirms that the email was accepted for sending.

Your enquiry is retained in our business email inbox; this website does not create a separate lead database. The contact service also processes your IP address and request information for spam prevention and service operation. We use the information you share to respond to your request and provide the service you agree to. Please do not include passwords or account access details in the form.

Website analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It uses a pseudonymous browser identifier to measure new and returning visits, sessions, pages viewed and engagement. This identifies a browser, not your name, and does not reliably connect different devices.

We measure which services, pricing and contact sections visitors view, when an enquiry is started, successful form submissions, contact clicks and tool downloads. A successful submission is recorded only after the contact service confirms acceptance. Our custom events use page paths and predefined categories. They do not include your name, email address, website address, enquiry message, uploaded images or file names. Contact clicks are measured separately from successful form submissions.

Google’s standard page measurement can include the page URL, campaign parameters, referrer and technical information about your visit. Please do not put personal information into campaign URLs. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this integration.

Choose “Decline analytics” to use the site without Google Analytics. The enquiry form works regardless of your analytics preference. You can change or withdraw your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. We store that preference in your browser. Local development and preview hosts do not send analytics events.

Our email delivery and hosting providers process information to operate these services. Google and WhatsApp process information under their own policies when you choose to use them. See Google’s privacy policy and WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Free browser tools

The image compression and story maker tools process selected images in your browser. These tools do not upload those images to an image-processing server.
